Chartered Surveyors

Simon is a Partner within the National Utilities and Infrastructure team and has a wealth of experience advising public and private sector clients on a range of planning and property consultancy matters, most recently focusing on strategic marine and economic infrastructure. His experience includes land access/acquisition; DCO / TWAO processes; planning applications, EIA; strategic land promotion; expert witness; planning strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Simon is a Chartered Surveyor (MIRCS) and a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI).
