Chartered Surveyors

Linda is a Senior Associate at Bruton Knowles and is the Head of our Utilities and Infrastructure Scotland team, which forms part of the National Utilities and Infrastructure offering we provide to clients. Linda is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 20 years experience in project delivery and management for major utility clients throughout Scotland. Some of her experience includes project delivery, land referencing management, entry negotiation for utilities and contractors, production of statutory notices and wayleaves, liaison with private landowners, and negotiation of compensation claims.
