Sam is a Partner of the firm and works within the National Utilities and Infrastructure team. Sam’s experience include; advising in respect of compulsory purchase, compensation, land assembly and telecoms. He has acted as an expert witness on a number of occasions, providing valuation and compensation opinions to the Upper Tribunal Lands Chamber & County Courts. Sam has worked on the promotion of Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders and Transport and Work Act Orders across the country. Sam is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, as well as being a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
