May is a Senior Associate within the National Utilities and Infrastructure Team. Her experience includes compulsory purchase and compensation, valuations and development appraisals. She negotiates and advises on a number of Compulsory Purchase and Transport and Works Act Order Schemes which includes Midlands Metro and the Birmingham Eastside Extension.
May’s clients range from public to private including West Midlands Combined Authority, Birmingham City Council, High Speed Two, Network Rail and a number of private clients acting for landlords and tenants.
