John has over 38 years experience in the rural sector as a qualified Agricultural Valuer and Chartered Surveyor. John also takes responsibility for the strategic development of the Company. He is still very 'hands on' and is involved in a wide range of professional work, in particular development, tax planning, BPS and sales of farms and land.

John has strong market knowledge of rural properties and in particular smallholdings, barns for conversion and development sites of all sizes and types. On a more technical level, John has particular expertise and experience on Taxation issues in relation to property sales.

As lead Auctioneer at our regular property auctions, he is certainly the most experienced property Auctioneer in the region having sold literally hundreds of properties 'under the hammer'.
