Nigel is a Partner and specialises in the delivery of property advice to a wide range of clients across the key sectors. His main focus is on helping road and rail clients with land acquisition and compulsory Purchase advice. Nigel combines both public and private sector experience in delivering practical advice for the delivery of major projects across the UK for the transportation sector.

Nigel is Head of Skills and Leeds Team Manager. He takes overall responsibility for training, staff development and improving service delivery to clients. His approach is proactive and results-focused.

He has an extensive range of skills including negotiation, land acquisition, dispute resolution, compulsory purchase, wayleave and easements, contract management, waste and minerals and valuation advice.
