Ian is a Partner and Team Manager of the Birmingham office. He specialises in asset valuations for secured lending purposes and capital accounting. Ian has a vast wealth of experience providing professional services to a wide range of clients. He provides practical support to landlord and tenants, as well as providing help with compulsory purchase and compensation, and non-domestic rating.

Ian is Head of the Valuation Faculty overseeing training and skill development firm wide. He also-manages asset valuation report submissions to ensure full compliance with the specific Service Level Agreements in place for individual banks well as overseeing new and existing bank panel appointments.

He has direct contact with Panel Management Teams within lending institutions and ensures the Valuation services provided across the business is consistent, accurate and fully compliant.  Ian also acts as an Expert Witness.
